Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
I hope and trust all is well with you and your families. Spring has finally sprung and there is so much coming to life all around us. Easter has just passed reminding us that God so loved the world that he gave his only Son to die on the cross. But on the third day He rose from the grave having conquered death, hell and the grave! The two old pieces of wood and 3 rusty nails, a symbol of death to so many represents eternal life to those that have made him their Lord and Savior.
Many of you have called us and sent get well cards to us and we sincerely appreciate your prayers and concern. Debra, my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer at Christmastime. We have gone through surgery, radiation treatments and now are going through chemotherapy treatments. It has been rough but we have a higher power that will sustain us through the roughest times. An ever present friend that will never leave us or forsake us. I know that it's just another hill we're climbing. Very soon we'll reach the promised land. Hallelujah! Many exciting things have happened and are happening in our singing ministry. Back some months ago God put a nice lady, Mrs. Renay Lee in my life and Renay has a Television show in Nashville called Music City Gospel Review. I went up and filmed 4 shows with other artists last month. It will be aired on Comcast in late April or perhaps sometime in May. If you have Comcast Cable, please try to watch. Also I was asked to open the Yaraab Shrine Circus with the National Anthem on April 23, at 7:30 pm at Miller Park in Marietta, Ga. We are also enjoying many church services, revivals, Saturday night songs and homecoming services.
